Depends on which chapter. Almost none in chap 1 and 2, a bit more in chapter 3. 4 and 5 have about as much NTR as non-NTR content. Dev apparently decided that's where he needed to take the game.

Been bugged that way for years. I think there is a hotfix on the OP under chapter 2 for it.

Kinda thinking about trying this one out, but the game being chopped into separate downloads per chapter is probably why I haven't yet.

Chapter 1 - good but a bit old maybe. Really good still
Chapter 2 - technical changes, would have been good but it's hella bugged, difficult to play
Chapter 3 - return to normal "engine"(still different from the first), good like chapter 1, a sprinkle of NTR but bearable/accetable
Chapter 4 - full NTR fuckfest
Chapter 5 - same as chapter 4

The NTR is toggleable but you feel missing parts if you disable it
Animations have sounds and are quite good
The NTR is not someone stealing your girls, but you knowing your girls fuck with many other people(good guys, but it hurts)
Even the mom gets shared that crushes my soul
Good game if you can swallow the change in chapter 4 and onwards
