It is just because the patch 0.21-0.22 does not add new background for menu/change the version number. My menu still says 0.20 since I got the 0.20 crunched base game added with 0.20-0.21 and 0.21-0.22 patches
And people looking for compressed version, might want to try 0.21 crunched with 0.22 patch before the real 0.22 is avaiable if can't wait for new content but don't want to DL whole 5gb.
