I have a question. I downloaded the newest version of the game and then I downloaded all 3 of the old video pack and copied them into the games folder. When I start the game how do I know if they are installed correctly? When I start the game I start off with a scene of Max washed up on a beach. Is this correct or am I missing a step to be able to start the game from the beginning. Thanks for the help I just found this a kind of usual place for the game to start and wanted to make sure I did not mess up.

Yeah, chapter 4 starts on the island. Once you leave the island you get access to the gallery, where you can check if the old video packs are installed correctly.
If you look at Tina's gallery for instance, those scenes are from the older chapters:

If those scenes are playing fine, the Old Video Packs should be installed correctly...

for the "old video pack" the slots are available in the "game" file of the game, but it melts 0 "Ko". you have to download them (see page 1, the 3 are available they are each about 5 Gb). once downloaded you come and put them in the game file instead of the others. your game will be about 16 GB.

I think I misunderstood the original writeup I thought loading these allowed you to start the game from the beginning of chapter one and progress all the way to the current version. Is there a way to play the game from the start? Or is it only currently possible to see the videos from the older versions.

They only add the scenes to the gallery (I think in chapter 3 it also added the photoshoots from chapter 2, but that's it).
If you want the full story, you've to start with chapter 1 and download each chapter individually...

'EDIT: Found a bug in the script. From line 71 to line 100 in game/SCRIPT/sexyshop.rpy is indented four spaces too far, so if you already have the lingerie, you can't ask the sexy shop employee for a battery.

EDIT: Found the bug with the NTR route with Alvin and Sophia. In game/SCRIPT/sexyshop.rpy, go to line 311 and insert a new line below this one:

``` $ item03ss = False
$ alvin_ntr = 8
```

If you've already bought the lingerie (like I did), this won't fix the problem. You'll need to open the debug console by pressing SHIFT-O and then typing "$ alvin_ntr = 8" and hitting enter. Then hit ESC to close the debug console.'

I understood but you really should play from Chapter 1 in my opinion, you will be missing alot, also I havent played 0.38 I'm still playing 0.33 so I cant say much about 0.38 at the moment.

Which scene is that? I would ask you to download the version 0.33 in case you are playing on an older version, cause many bug-fixes are also added along with new scenes in newer versions.
