This may be a bit nitpicky but it would be nice if the Chapter 2 "fix" was labeled "nun fix" or something similar to make it perfectly clear what it's for

I too faced the similar problem. But don't worry I finally found out how go past it. Use save editor and turn on Rita's only remaining scene that we didn't clear acc to the walkthrough. It's named something like rita_fs1 (can't remember but yeah it's easy to find also it's the only scene of Rita that's is off(1)). Then also edit rita's corruption lvl to 44. You'll get the event triggered the very next morning.

so i haven't played this in a while, outside that one character which was already pregnant is there anything else pregnancy wise?
There’s some dialogue about Rita and Max wanting a child for like one scene but that’s basically it. There’s no other actual pregnancy stuff otherwise
I just saw that there’s a new update, not sure about any of the content in that.
Definitely seems like end game stuff for the series, and we don’t really know how many parts the dev wants to make.

Not quite sure what you mean by an HDMI but if you could run the previous 3 chapters then you'll be able to play chapter 4. There's no extra requirements I don't think.
Has chapter 2 or 3 received the quality of life improvements that the 1st chapter remake got yet? I found the next two rather hard to get through after experiencing how much easier to navigate 1 is.
