Chapter 3 is bugged when starting on the Sophia NTR route.
After Max buys the Luxurious Lingerie and tries to give it to Sophia, the game says "I must first resolve the issue with Alvin.."
Then when clicking on Alvin's door, the game says " I'll let him rest. And I still have to buy the present for Sophia."
So it's clearly a bug. If someone has a fix for this or a save just after this event, it would be much appreciated.

There might be another quest that you have to finish first. That will happen from time to time, without the game telling you. If there are any other hints available, I'd try those and then come back.
It sucks but try to do the other steps the guide tells you to do. Also try talking to Alvin’s sister or mother. If you’re where I think you are, I think you need to talk to his sister to start that quest.

There is no NTR, there's just swinging. You can choose to activate the NTR mode or totally avoid it. If it's not your cup of tea, don't worry, you won't find any of it.

And that doesn't change the fact that I downloaded chapters 1 and 2 separately and don't want to have to spend hours playing them to unlock everything.
I don't want to sound like I'm criticizing you on this, but the game mostly works in a way that the scenes happen as you go. So the only real way to fully enjoy it is to go through, step by step. Even with a full save, you can't go back and see everything that happens along the way. Basically, its the highlights.
If you download chapter 4 and then all of the videopacks, you’ll be able to view the previous chapter’s scenes in the gallery.

is there any way to change the name of the protagonist ??? I personally do not like that this style of games where you can not change the name of your character
