What does the ingame guide (lightbulb icon) tell you to do? That should at least say which characters you can talk to.

The only issue I had was trying to remember who the fuck she is. Once I figured it out, it was pretty easy. Wait until she's not at school, go to Paulina's house and she's in the bathroom.
