One of the girls is pregnant with a child that's not Max's when he meets her. Sadly, that's it so far. I'm hoping we eventually get to knock a few of the girls up.

So is there an in-game walkthrough after Chapter 2? I remember falling off this game after entering Chapter 2 because the Chapter 1 I played was the remade version or whatever, Chapter 2 was horrible in comparison. Is it long?

Yes. The games get less grindy/nitpicky and more linear/story driven as they progress. Graphical quality/H-scene quality also improves fairly drastically.
Both ch3&4 have an in-game help feature that explicitly tells you who to talk to next. Ch1&2 are somewhat clunky, dev's learning curve on display. I found 3 much more enjoyable than 2. If you have any specific problems there are a lot of helpful folks in this thread. Stick with it.

P.S.: Ch3 introduces Max's other aunt (sarah), who quite literally has ass for days. Hot, hard to get punk rock-looking cousin too.

I loved chapter 1 remake and played when it first came and I was pretty pumped then I start playing chapter but it wasn't playable at all... It was terrible... I'm still surprissed after probably year and more DEV not making remake for chapter 2, I do believe chapter 3 and 4 are great but I have no power to finish that terrible chapter 2 so I started hoping DEV would make chapter 2 remake one day...

Which things get better? I'm pretty sure menu designs, gameplay and UI etc is not gonna change. Probably texture quality and animations will be change but the thing I hate about wasn't only graphics. Sandbox UI/System wasn't good at all, story wasn't enjoyable, dialuges were pretty basic, its wasn't even playable without walkthrough and even with walkthrough events were just random, so you have to try again several times for triggering them, buttons can be stuck, it wasn't fast enough for navigating or choicing dialuges even saving wasn't fast and feeling like stuck. Basicly it was very bad for me.

Yes, you will see a different variant on each scene. But you have to play it from start.
