I'm stuck at this one part how do I move forward? I just got the teacher from out of town but now I can't seem to find anything to do. It's very repetitive just passing days. Could someone help me out with that?

However, I think it would be nice to add an option to automate the exercice routine. A lot of games require to exercice regularly and - in my case - this chore has become really tedious, much like picklocking minigames.

Damn it's crazy how good this game has gotten. I never thought it would live up to its potential when it started but I was wrong, and it's only 0.4. I don't have much to add as the game is already great, but how about: instead of having the "work from home" as a separate button for +$250, why not just get paid +$250 when you go to work? (and +$25 for working one hour, or whatever). I know it's not realistic, but from a gameplay perspective, it doesn't make much sense to have 2 buttons that do essentially the same thing, but one gives you money and the other doesn't. Also, maybe force you to go to sleep after midnight, it's somewhat immersion breaking that you can start the city hall meetings and go to work at 01:00 AM Monday.

I'm stuck like a crashed car, in this game I can't evolve in the senate phase, I can't evolve in the woman's rent, there is no help to know what I have to do!

...Right ok Senate Phase...thats work with some of the women to make a pool and lower prudeness of the town as for the "rent" thats pretty not much to work with as it currently stands. the most recent stuff was covering the pool, school and Jordi fucking and other misc stuff

Weird one. Can't say it really clicked for me.
The idea of a pervy mayor getting elected to "corrupt" a town is fun. But
a) as far as I played you barely do any corrupting. It's more like people around you are already perverts, do a thing, and you are kinda "yeah, okay, keep doing that". Like with your son, or the cheerleader, or ... Which isn't necessarily awful but maybe also not interesting.
and b) gameplay-wise it's just basically nothing. People talk about grinding, but grinding is at least doing something. Here it's ... do nothing for a week. Get 1 event. Wait a week. Maybe you get another 2-3 events now. Wait a week ...
Then, given the design, you barely notice any changes. Time of day barely ever matters but sometimes it does. Town doesn't really change, can't really see people change; no clue whether anything you do to/for the town actually does something.
What's actually there as content isn't bad but everything else just leaves me baffled.

What are some games simular to this one? A story where i get to manipulate a big number of people
If you like this then Bimbo Life Coach was started by the same writer (they sold it on after a while but it's still going).
Or try Sluttown USA. The writing's not as good imo but the theme is a guy taking over an entire town.
Become Someone has a huge number of characters if you like harems but there's very little in terms of plot/character depth.
A Photographer's Lie is alright but same, not much plot, and without searching the thread there's some major frustrations with how to make progress at times.
If you like hentai (still pictures only) then try Hentai University.
A Spell For All is good if you like a porn HTML game mixed with point and click puzzles.
College Daze is great though, lots of people to go after, but takes a lot of replays to see all the content.

In addition to the above, Inner Bimbo has most likely been abandoned, but is the one I find most similar to this one, both mechanically and thematically, and has a good-ish amount of content.
Good shout. It sort of got abandoned at a reasonable place in the story, at least. At least it wasn't mid-chapter or something. I'm also sad about Confidence Man and hope that comes back.

It'll go up gradually through story events and some of the recurring random events at the Monday city council meetings. You don't need to do anything in particular, just play through events and take opportunities as they present themselves.
