Weird one. Can't say it really clicked for me.
The idea of a pervy mayor getting elected to "corrupt" a town is fun. But
a) as far as I played you barely do any corrupting. It's more like people around you are already perverts, do a thing, and you are kinda "yeah, okay, keep doing that". Like with your son, or the cheerleader, or ... Which isn't necessarily awful but maybe also not interesting.
and b) gameplay-wise it's just basically nothing. People talk about grinding, but grinding is at least doing something. Here it's ... do nothing for a week. Get 1 event. Wait a week. Maybe you get another 2-3 events now. Wait a week ...
Then, given the design, you barely notice any changes. Time of day barely ever matters but sometimes it does. Town doesn't really change, can't really see people change; no clue whether anything you do to/for the town actually does something.
What's actually there as content isn't bad but everything else just leaves me baffled.
