Nothing man, it's just that using the enemy that defeated you and no more, it's an absolute waste of potential.
It truly is. For such a unique type of game (Seriously, how many H dooms do we get?) with such BANGER pixel-art animations on literally every enemy in front of you... we can't get some kind of stun->battlefuck stuff?

there are some sex scenes, although not animated they do have sound
for example after you die you can get one where Mother of Tentacles gets ravaged by her tentacles
Looks like i have to come back to this after the disappointment that the second game is.

It may be connected by characters, but it's a completely different genre.
Also, comments say it's not sexy enough.
There are so few games of this kind. I was hoping the next one would be similar but it's a completely different game. Why even call it Maze Cave II
dont ask me how i know. to many nightmares.
so the thing is, there was someone who just wanted to put out an adult game, but didn't want it openly searchable, and wanted to name it after a level in mario brothers, maze cave.
The game they made is just their concept of an adult sim management.
The next game, they also kept the naming, and just named is 2, because its their second game.
Its not much more to it than that. People still keep searching about different mario levels and being redirected to the smut.
You know what they say (i dont), "gotta start em early for success". Dont arrest me for that quote, i didnt popularize it, dont shoot the messenger.

(lots of randomly contacting people in their native language via translator, to ask random questions because its sometimes fun.)
Lets just say this game shouldnt exist, but its a stupid little erotic game for dungeon trap. Those things tend to not have the resources to create a full game, and they prey upon focus groups for their ideabanks, to which whom don't get an actual light of day from the completed game's profits, especially because
the game is just a shell studio created by someone who uses ai to combine underpaid focus group submissions into badly made, but great concept games.

God, why does everyone here hate it so much? It's a FINISHED porn game, that's so rare, also it plays pretty well once you get used to it, it's kind of like a blend between a souls game and a boomer shooter, it even has BOSS weapons (granted they're all greatsword reskins)
Only issue I have with it is the terrible GUI, and also how pressing V totally bricks your game, I've lossed an entire level's worth of progress because of that, but aside from that, it's pleasant game with a cool atmosphere and it feels like it did everything it set out to do, a short but nicely done project, it doesn't suffer from over-ambition or feature creep, it's great for what it is
edit: will say though, the game's balancing is buns, if it were fine tuned and player progression wasnt as sharp, it'd feel way better, you're either absolutely STOMPING enemies or you're getting blitzed, also there seems to be a good deal of bugs related to progression
double edit: unrelated, but this game has a move it never tells you about in the controls, press 1 to do a ki blast, its unironically so much stronger than your sword, it's stupid

Only if you die, if you wanna see more, click the "memories" option in the menu, you get an extended text based scene with multiple different variants of the image, it's not like a fully animated or voice acted scene, but it's enough
