MC Command Center Release Candidate #1 for 4.0.0 is out!


The release candidate for MCCC/MC Woohoo 4.0.0 is out (4.0.0 RC1). All languages will be included in this release so translations can begin.
Special things to note for this release:

• Replaced all MC Tuner "Annoying Interaction" blocker with a new process that allows each person to define each interactions that they want to block autonomy. This new functionality is based on Scumbumbo's SCAM mod. As-of RC1, the old interactions I was blocking with any Annoying Action setting is documented on that page as well for easy copy/paste access.
• Fixed more bugs caused by the Cats & Dogs release.
• Added some work-arounds for some LastExceptions that happen in EA's code due to the new pet-to-human friendship relationship.
• Added age spans for pets within the "Set Age Spans" MCCC settings.
