Make a request collection thread? If you want the ownership of the thread then mainly you must be a supporter of that artist or someone help you with raw source, update, report and explain why the thread why it must be moved to the main thread
Or else as an uploader to make a thread, let them verify the source first. If you take the raw source from someone else to make a thread, i think you should ask that person if he can share the raw source for uploader to make it (it somehow relate to morality like you take all his work and make your own)
