Is the Bonus content going to be canon? I liked the scene with the old man and I would be nice to see him in the main game.

Piece of advice? Repack your stuff and try using nconvert (avif), since this is built with SDK 8.3.2—it'll help squeeze out a few more MBs.

If I completely skip this update and wait til the next one will the Halloween stuff still be there next update? Or is this something that is only for this particular update?

The Halloween story is not connected to the main plot, but the locations and characters are the same. You can skip it and play it at any time. It is a separate mini-story.
Anyone know of a lesbian hosptial/doctor/nurse/medical fetish game? I assume this one does not have any lesbian paths planned as it is not in tags.
The game already has 2 lesbian scenes and there will be more.

That confuses me even more, somehow lol. It's not canon, but I can play it anytime. So is it a separate download?
Is there a button that says "Halloween episode" or "side story", or when the next update gets released, I will play the Halloween update before it goes to the normal update?

This game would've been perfect for me if they had a son and we play as him. That way we would spy on the father, mother and sister doing shenanigans. I just don't like multiple protagonist and two of them are female which are not my cup of tea.
