the game is good but buggy as hell, keep getting white screens in different situations, even the gallery replay hangs and needs a restart....frustrating.

does it have any difference/impact what you choose which specialist at the beginning?

1 could be leading to head of the hospital/chief doc?
2 seems is clear, operating doctor and maybe franklin as rival for the girls
3 child doc, pregnancy later? important for tamara`s arc?
4 doc for old people, leading to gilfs? grandma?
