Again, common misconception about NTR. The point of NTR is not cheating, cheating is its very own genre. NTR is about two people loving each other and a third party shows up and steals the girl/boy via nonconsensual way (aka rape, blackmail, etc.).

Of course that means that this game, regardless as to its title image, is not NTR.

To be fair, the game gives a valid reason as to why she couldn't resist. Having your family drown in crippling debt, while growing up thinking the world is all sunshine and butterflies, could lead easily lead a naïve girl to do this.

This IS NTR. You don't have to be cheating for it to be NTR. It's the jealousy and a character losing someone they love that matter. Tony is being NTR'd hard, it's pretty much half of what the game is about.

If you don't agree, expand your horizon. Look up stories with childhood friends and unfulfilled/unrequited love which is snatched away by another. They are ALWAYS tagged NTR on Japanese Manga sites.

If you were ever so in love with a girl it was painful and she started dating your classmate, friend or colleague instead. You've experienced NTR. That's what it's about.

EDIT: to be certain were on the same page. I'm talking the sites where the hentai manga is sold in Japan, not sites like nhentai or e-hentai. I've also been to the shops over there as well. I've been to shops in Akihabara that literally had some of the hentai I'd read online. It's commonly accepted that jealousy and losing love is what makes it NTR... and they'll tag anything that fulfills that criteria with it.
