Well, when you cater to the least common denominator you sorta get what you get. Basically killing off the huge crowd that doesn't necessarily agree with the idea.
Absolutely the case, if you force the choice to stop her, you see a scene later where she thinks about having been with him twice, so effectively there is no MC wins path, it's forced, you just don't see it.
I have 14 Cuck points yet the option to watch the mom and the guy go at 'let them have fun' was greyed out. What did I miss? I tried rerunning the game and the options but I don't think I missed any point, as on my second run I had only 12 points when I'm pretty sure I chose all the options that should give points...

Same here; I thought I had done someone wrong. So the only option I have is "too drunk, just rest," and I guess it still happens off-screen. (so we still get NTR and no way to avoid it?)
If the next update doesn't initiate, Mom avoided/ stopped Rick from doing anything after the pool party when drunk, and it still happened to me, I'll just pass on this game. Then clearly, MC's confidence/ blackmailing Mom doesn't do anything to prevent Rick and Mom.
So I've been facing the same issue at the drunk pool scene, so I had to use URM to force and select the variable and stop them, but then I face a very weird conversation, and I'm not exactly happy about it.
I'll hide part of the convo in a spoiler for those whom haven't played it yet, nor played this path (Non-NTR Path, Stop Rick as much as the game allows you, Mom and Sally route opened.)
As hidden in the spoiler, why is the conversation going that way? Also, keep in mind that during the convo, right before her "thoughts", there's no label prompt by URM, meaning that I can't even check what condition prompt this (although based on the mom's thoughts, it's pretty obvious). If there was a label/condition, as usual, these are either set on True or False, I would've at least been able to change it before her inner dialogue to delete that event from existing, but there's nothing to do about it.
This is my first run, and as usual, on games like this, I play the normal non-ntr route as much as I can, while checking other scenes (NTR/NTS, etc) along the way with URM, and sometimes I run a 2nd save for that specific route as well as I like to see everything the dev incorporated regardless if I like the path or not.
Having said that, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but are those scenes (mom's inner dialogue in the spoiler) unavoidable regardless of what I do, or is it a script/label bug? I don't mind forced or skipped scenes, even if it belongs to a genre I don't particularly like, but the game so far seemed like it gave you agency to dictate the course of the game, and considering I'm on the MC's mom route (all scenes, etc), I thought that would proactively stop anything else from happening behind the scenes since at no point during this run I saw the scenes/events mentioned by her mom.
If anyone know where I could've made the mistake, please point me in the right direction, unless it's a bug.

Game was ok for a cuck/Netorare game and have to agree with some that pool party ending choices are all Cuck/Netorare/NTS all the way.
Only diffrence is one Netori choice if you Blackmail Jeannine but that just means if you pick it .
That your just fucking Jeannine while Rick fucks your Mom.
Hardly any better plus Jeannine seems to be helping her son.
In his attemps to fuck your Mom and maybe Sister too.
Judgeing by the girls night where she got MC's Mom so drunk so Rick could take advatage.
That last scene unfortunatly do's smacks of Cuck mc, Netorare vibe and as said indications are from the Mom's thoughts.
It's not the first or probably the last Netorare event with Mom and Rick the Neighbours Son.
And disapointingly it's not avoidable its skippable and that is not and never has been the same thing.

Dang, this is what I'm afraid of. Considering the few bugs that have been found due to some variables, I do hope you and I are wrong about this. I sincerely hope the events mentioned in MC's Mom thoughts even when you have done everything, and stop her twice (when given the choice) are just bugs. I really don't enjoy forceable skippeable events. It should be consistent since we're given the choice to go for X or Y path. In this case, for a path where you stopped the Mom at all times, and had her path opened, that inner monologue she had at the end of the update shouldn't exist, but if that event still happens regardless of what you do as the player, then the game storyline and gameplay lowers drastically (for me, at least).
I don't mind games with forced events, I don't mind games where you're given the choice to see and event, or skip it (still happens, you just don't see it), but I definitely don't enjoy be given agency to create the path and gameplay, and still get the results from other paths that I should've blocked or deleted completely.
I hope the dev can share some clarity about this specific scene at the end of the update.
