I really want this game to be good, and it would be a waste of incredible milf design if this turns out bad. But right now, there's a lot that could be better.
1 - It seems the dev isn't proficient with actual animation. To me, this shouldn't even have the tag.
2 - I could see the visual effects being interesting to highlight important scenes. But as it stands, they are being overused. If anything they disrupt the flow since you can't click through them.
3 - The rate that the development is moving doesn't seem sustainable to me. Sure, established devs with thousands of supporters can get away with releasing updates with very little content. But a new game has to be delivering more than this with each update, if it expects people to support it.

I love Melissa's tan line she is an extremely beautiful woman
Slow-burn is the best. Erotic realistic approach is the best. I love the affections and the music. Renders are wonderful. Excellent game. The milf is so hot and perfect. The boy is amazing. Hope developer will keep it like this, and not to wait too much to produce new updates.
I found the shiny visual affects and the music positive thing.

Yes I like the the story line , the slow burn, the erotic soft approach , and the renders. As for the effects i found it new and positive. Why we want all games to be the same. I hope the game continue as it is. Maybe some renders ( for Melissa body) needs to be in very high resolution ( may be it is already i don't know). Thank you

It was really nice of you to take some of your personal time to answer my questions.
As far as effects are concerned, it's true that they're less common in most RenPy games. In general, they are a succession of .jpg or .webm files.
It was by making comparative samples that the construction of small ‘soft’ segments (sun effect, shaking effect to have something better than ‘at shaking’) came to the fore.
What's more, it gave Chapter 01 an atypical look which, with all the details put together, makes up the Melissa Ch01 ‘signature’.
We're well aware that it's impossible to please everyone. No matter what we do, it will never be ‘good enough this’ or, on the contrary, ‘too much that’.
You've done well to take the time to come and have a chat, because you're putting higher resolution GFX on the table.
You'll see, once again, it's a question of compromise/time.
CosmoK is particularly impregnated and invested in the quality of the renderings it produces, and it has always been known for that: the care taken with the image, the semantic and semiotic work is robust.
Melissa is calculated in 1920x1080 (so HD).
During comparisons, we were able to establish that many games, from well-known DEVs, still produce 1024x768 renderings which they then force into full screen with RenPy.
So we went for HD (1920x1080).
In this update, we asked ourselves about 4K again, because CosmoK produces images that take a long time to render, because they are complex.

CosmoK has worked on a 4K render so that you can zoom in first and then zoom out.
I wonder if CosmoK couldn't offer some of the game's key moments (erotic moments, moving moments, ‘hot moments’) in 4K on its Subscribe Star, comfortable extracts so that after the game you can collect 4K gfx and see the details on your OS.
I know he's updating free access GFX but I can't speak for him.

I thought this update was really good, the quality of the renders remained at a high level and MAINLY the dev managed to work the "slow burn" perfectly. The slow corruption of the married character and the gradual construction of a relationship between her and Nahui is very well developed (in my opinion).

We need indeed some good stories and good buildup and renders. Just hope we don't wait long for new updates. You seems very honest brilliant developer which is great. Best wishes

Hey guys. I don't even know why I'm posting this. Maybe just to exercise my right to an opinion. LOL. Anyway, here's my five cents. I'll never understand this. The female MC (Melissa) is WOW!! Hot as hell and the male MC is... a child? Why? WHY?!... I should clarify that I was never really into the whole "shota" or "loli" thing. If you want a romance between a young man and a mature woman (incest?) why not put a well-developed young man in there? Why put a guy who is not taller than five feet, feminine in appearance and presumably a virgin? WHY? I will never understand that.

That's an interesting take on the porn game genre, it's quite rare to see this kind of interaction, writing and aesthetic on this website. I really dig the vibe and the build up of this first chapter. Even the sequences which are quite classic, like the stepladder sequence, felt original because of their tone (in another game, it would go the same way but the day would end up with a 10 inches on her face then drown in semen).
As for the main female character, great design, though I have to say I prefer her with her hair down like that rather than the other haircut. Also, tan lines, thickness, brunette with blue eyes, that's top tier in my book.

You're right, we discussed it with CosmoK.
Unfortunately, our diaries didn't allow us to fine-tune the transitions using a soft link.
We missed rendering a few images to make it less abrupt.
If it's any consolation, we'll have to extend some of the transitions by a few frames.
These fixes will be visible in the next update.
