How did you do before getting this and how many energy you had when you were in the previous place before your room?
I can't work out much from your save, but I do know you have -30 of energy, so you probably found a bug that consists in doing something that rests 1 of energy after doing something else that left you with 0 of energy.
Then maybe it's not a bug, but maybe Renpy wasn't able to handle the code for the MC's room fast enough. If that's the case, it's easily fixable. Until then, here's your save file one day later than it was and fixed. Try not to click too fast when going to work.
That's still a bug in the current version but will be fixed for v0.8. Clef is the second money of the game and is used to buy sexual gifts, videos and job promotions. If you mean what clef is in real life: the musical notation used at the beginning of a score to indicate where each note goes in the stave.
