do you mean inside the game folder I'm confusedHey guys
I like this game quite a lot but i hated it to look at a wt or 0x52 to get the correct answers to the questions. So i made a little mod / wt for me, where the correct answers are highlighted in green (like on the screenshots below). This is my first attempt to publish something like that, so please be gentle.
I tested it so far as i could with the 6 available woman for now and didn´t get any error.
This will also work on future updates as long there are no new questions in it.

I put a simple Overview in here where you can quickly see what kinds of gifts the girls like. For me, it helped a lot to find the right gifts for the girls.
I hope you have fun with it!
JokerLeader Thanks for your pointers!
Inside the game folder, yes (not the folder - /MelodicDates-v0.7-pc/game).do you mean inside the game folder I'm confused
I thought about showing all the buttons for all the scene from the very first second of the scene but that would spoil the magic of the game, don't you think?Game is ok but a real problem are these unskippable scenes that force you to slowly watch these videos with no chance to back out or skip forward with timelocked buttons. Please, for the love of god, stop putting these in your games. Your clockwork poison sequel also has issues with this. I don't know why you insist on removing player agency from your games.
and say you wanna skip a scene cause you dont care for it?I thought about showing all the buttons for all the scene from the very first second of the scene but that would spoil the magic of the game, don't you think?
That's the point. So how would you do it?and say you wanna skip a scene cause you dont care for it?
tons of ways:That's the point. So how would you do it?
can't find my game folderInside the game folder, yes (not the folder - /MelodicDates-v0.7-pc/game).
Put my .rar file into the location where your .exe is and extract it. Overwrite files when prompted.
In a replay you can quit the scene by clicking on the X button on the top left corner. But yes, I could also show all the buttons for the whole scene when in a replay.tons of ways:
- put a SKIP button in a corner that skips the entire 'movie'
- put a Show All button in a corner that shows all the top buttons so you can select what you want.
- etc.
Plus I'm getting some crashes for some girls when checking info and going left, to see the gifts. Instant crash, missing some image files.
Because they want to. As you said yourself, theyre extra content, theres no story reason for holding the player time hostage. Because thats what it is, holding the player time hostage. Cant scroll out, cant skip, gotta close the whole damn game and reload. In a replay you can quit the scene by clicking on the X button on the top left corner. But yes, I could also show all the buttons for the whole scene when in a replay.
But it doesn't make any sense to allow the player to skip the scenes based on videos because those scenes are not part of the main story of the game and, if players don't want to see them, they can simply ignore them.
Truth is that when you go to the map on the weekends you don't neccessarily know which girl you will see when you click on a place, so maybe the problem is there.
What would you say is the exact reason why you would want to skip a coda, i.e. those additional scenes based on videos?
