Nope cause when he first got kicked out he mentioned he didn't even have enough money to find his own Place.
This is a goddamn plot hole and until it isn't addressed I refuse to play the game. Plus the state where MC lives in they charge 30-35% tax, so there's no way he can make a living in those 7 months in the game living like he's making 6 figures when he couldn't afford to pay rent but is suddenly eating out 3x a week minimum and going to shows while paying rent, taxes and other expenses from just having two students.
Even if we assume he's getting paid 150$ USD per lesson which is veeeery high for a nobody, 3x a week, that's 1800 USD per month. Even then after tax its 1,200$.
Let's assume his rent is very low (700$).
That leaves him with 500$. Average person spends 300$ USD on groceries and 120$ on eating out.
That would leave him with with like 80$ but he lives a lavish lifestyle and buys outfits and eats out. Fucking BS

Cmon it's obvious. The lowest state in the US for taxes would at least take 20%, which makes no difference.

You Sir, you just made my day. Thanks to your work I've finally found the title of Deliberate Thought by Kevin MacLeod (week 12).To the Mods, this relates to the Melody in-game Music, and of course Melody related, and i hope the following is acceptable.
Melody Original In-Game Music, Background Music and sounds, complete to Game V12.0.

I have been collecting the Melody Game Music to add to my Music collection, and trying to display them in my Clementine Media player how i wish to see them, and its been an interesting experience. I have now organized (still ongoing) the Melody songs into their respective Game weeks, along with Sophia and MC when they have participated. I have also decided to locate the original Artists, or cover Artists, and assumed they would all be creative commons and free to use, and so far most are, but not all. Then i have created directories for each, and located both the sound and video files (when found) and included them also in their respective directory. In addition, i have copied over the original in-game music and sounds directories, as some sort of easy to go to backup of audio untouched by my grubby little hands. This of course is in addition to the Music directory, being available in every Melody game release anyway, but not W5 (Week 5) Music Directory or some other tracks, and might be useful to someone.
I have also created some cover art for most directories, relevant to the Artist, Album or location. I have also created a text file like this one, as a note for this fool to get some sense or handle on the Melody Music, Lessons, when Music started, and is there actually music in those early weeks? That file "Melody Weeks 1, 2 & 3 Music V2.0" is also in the Box Melody Directory as below, hope it helps someone.
I have decided to throw open this work to the forum, as one or two others are also collecting some tracks, and that missing W5 (Week 5) Directory could be confusing to new players. And i have uploaded everything to a Box account, and the following link will take you to the Melody directory. You are free to copy any items as you wish, but remember, i do not own anything within the directory except the text files, and the contents and copyright are still owned by the Artists, either original or copy Artists. The Album art images have been taken mainly from the Game, or YouTube screen shots, and i don't own them either.

Is there a way to redownload the older versions with the higher quality please? what were the old links? I can totally notice the drop in quality and I hear the quality went down after v0.10, so I guess that's the one I want. Unless v0.11 still had the good quality?

I started playing this game just two days ago and I can say that I am very impressed. I focus solely on Melody without any distractions, because that is the only way in which story makes sense to me.

Of course I want to fuck Sofia, but I prefer my MC to be perfectly focused on the main target Melody while ignoring the distractions and possible complications.
Somehow, it feels more rewarding for me to resist side temptations like Sofia.
