As always it would be at the end of each month, bar the 3rd month, which is what this one is. This month it was an update for Dating my Daughter. So at the end of September and then end of October we'll see the next updates for Melody.
Ah ok, thanks. At least we don't have to wait three months like DMD then

Evidently, according to @Jeff Steel, we all are. We'll just have to wait and see how this all unfolds.
But, I think it's pretty obvious that since Melody's mom died, and her step-dad is so aloof, she has some issues stemming from that loss and no one at home to sympathize and commiserate with her. She seems to be somewhat self-destructive, and that might well be the reason. She also seems to have intimacy issues. She seems reluctant to get too close to anyone, even her BFF. She might feel that getting too close might cause her to lose them, like her mother. That is a plot device used in a lot of melodramas. It could easily cause problems between her and the MC.
Or, I could be full of shit!

Melody better hope that the police don't track her down for evading them. Arnold is likely to let her rot in jail/pay for the fine herself. Given the strained nature of her relationship with Amy, their relationship could be reaching a breaking point. Amy's got a pretty full plate with a successful business and a potential lovelife. At some point she may decide distance is the tough love that Melody needs.

Failing to lock a door accidentally or [borrowing a car] don't fit into self destructive behavior in my books. Thats being a teenager. Sorry Iv'e done far worse. But still see a point, maybe something hidden?
I think if Bethany comes after him because she wants the car he took with him, she will screw herself over if everything was in both of their names, because if it went to court, she would get half, and not nearly everything.One obvious possible point of conflict is Bethany. She may show up to throw a wrench into the MC's idyllic situation. I hope I have lessened that threat by not throwing her vase at the beginning of the game.
If she comes looking to get him back, he can simply say, "go fuck yourself you useless freaking hag, as I have found someone far better than you could ever hope to be."
Melody is of course legal age, and he is the one with all of the contacts in the music industry, so she can't do squat.
One thing I saw, was something I will not go into great detail about, but it involved the MC, and a certain girl he dated in college that suddenly disappeared without saying goodbye, or why she was leaving.

Of course, I'm stretching on this, and I wasn't even considering leaving a door unlocked as being self-destructive, however, swiping your step-father's most prized possession, and then deciding to get in a drag race with it, at least lends my theory a little bit of credence. She has a habit of going full speed ahead and... consequences? what's that?, in a lot of the things she does.

I addressed this in an earlier post. The MC knows the name of that girl. He also knows the name of the person you are thinking of. If you can explain why the MC has never mentioned that person's name as being the same as that of his ex-girlfriend, I would tend to agree with what you are implying. But, he has never even THOUGHT of the coincidence of the names. Did his ex-girlfriend change her name for some reason? That sounds pretty far-fetched to me.
As I wrote before, I believe Mr Dots is toying with us with that clue. Of course, I am trying to use logic here, and either logic may not apply in this porn game, or I may have overlooked something in MY logic.
For one thing, they have never discussed Melodies last name.
Oh, I am sure that he knows A last name for Melody but does Melody even have her mothers MAIDEN name. It's very possible, that since the father of melody was unknown, that she ended up getting her stepfathers last name. it's actually quite common for children in that situation to have their last name changed to match the mothers married name.
Therefore, Melodys last name, would not necessarily be her mothers maiden name.

Well the person I am talking about is Melodys mother. No idea who you think I am talking about, but I and several others have agreed with me, that there is a chance that Melodys mother is HIS ex girlfriend.
Melody stated that her mother went to college, but never finished, and was pulled out suddenly, because she got pregnant.
Does that automatically make him Melodys father? Nope, because he stated that both he and his girlfriend had fun with others also.
But it does leave it open as a chance, that the incest minded playing the game can have fun with it, without violating P's rules.

How is it irrelevant? He would know his ex girlfriends last name, but he would not know her future married name. So even knowing Melodies last name now, does not mean that it was her mothers maiden name, the name that he would know.
