yes from last year and no newer made (even xmas pics pack is from last year and dee and sl's easter pic is old), ask from hyper if dots team makes new halloween/xmas/etc packs.
Looks like the downloaded game has a music folder, which lists the songs per week of the gameplay, perhaps start there ?

Hello again. I just checked those files and was not able to identify the song name and the artist of the song I was particularly interested in. The song in game is located at
\game\music\w6\Song2.mp3. Does anyone know what is the song name and who is the girl singing?

well here's music list from higher ups (to get better answer get a timemachine and travel to 2019):
Most of the music used was from Kevin MacLeod's catalogue of music.
"Wild and Crazy" and ‘It's Wonderful‘ when Melody sings at the Jazz club is by a singer named Addie Nicole. Can't remember the name of the composer
And a few of Melody's acoustic songs is by a singer named "Maddy". One of the tunes was "My soldier, my saviour" I believe
