I usually praise this game but.. WTF IS ROMANCE DAY?? valentines day? maybe i am paranoid but with all the bullshit going on these days and given how all of a sudden we're introduced with like:
-Romance day
-4 new "racially diverse" characters all at once. (for no reason/context)
-xianne is suddenly straight/bi/lesbian too? (i get that FI was was experimenting but now everyone LGBT?)

this episode felt a bit off.. almost like it was written by a 200 lbs blue haired SJW rather than the usual dev... if this keeps going i m afraid the final plot twist is gonna be MC hitting the DAB on melody and running away with hank sharp who also turns out to be a furry...

You're overthinking this. Mr. Dots is just appealing to multiple fetishes/tastes, he's not some SJW sleeper cell trying to covertly corrupt you or whatever you're going on about. As for the "Romance Day" thing, it's because he isn't an American and this likely is an odd simplification of the English translation to something like Día de los Enamorados.

Romance day is just another name for Valentines. MrDots has changed every real world reference to his own; i.e. country names, band names, celebrity names, pop culture names, etc.

You're as subtle as a jackhammer and I realize you're not happy seeing non-European looking characters in your porn games, but it's not like MrDots isn't inclusive. From the general look of where the game is set, it's clearly a Mediterranean country. Ask any Spaniard, Italian, Greek, etc. and they'll tell you that there are definitely people who look like the MC's old band members who are native in that area.

Xianne is one character; not "everyone" like you said. And it's clear it's a setup to get a foursome scene with Melody, Sophia, and Xianne (referencing the walkthrough), as all 3 of them are now OK with getting it down with other women.

You don't get to see certain scenes. Have a look at the walkthrough in the OP to see which ones you'll miss.

Just savescum your way through.
Play with the Walkthrough and if you see a scene coming up with a girl you're not currently in relationship with but you still want to see, save the game, unlock her relationship status, enjoy the scene, load.

I'm seeing all of these things are positives which add interest and help identify unique characters+roles, rather than anything otherwise.

But then again, I don't share your apparently "narrow" and seeemingly fragile worldview.

From what I've seen, you need to be Unlocked with Melody ONLY to get some of her unique scenes (such as extra positions in the most recent installment).

Otherwise, it appears that Unlocking any of the other characters gains you additional dialogue+scenes relative to their being in your orbit ... but they don't need to be the only ones unlocked to see that special material.

If you didn't have Amy unlocked in the latest, you'd have missed some hot scenes and major complications/decision points for the MC - but, that doesn't affect your ability to move forward with Melody with the downside that you get fewer options with her. Also, earlier in the game you won't be able to obtain more points with Melody if she's not your exclusive girlfriend but it's not a fatal issue for the game as a whole (yet).

I dunno about now but way back in my day they had no problem with a 21yo senior. In fact, 2 years before I arrived in my last highschool they had a mother graduate with her daughter and they both attended regular day classes. Depended on the local school board, I guess, but there was no state law against it in Michigan. You just couldn't play sports past age 19. It also goes the other way: one of my friends back in 2nd grade started the next year in 7th grade. He probably would've ended-up as one of those 12 year-olds in M.I.T. I was thinking 4-10 years, but probably no more. That is, that image where Amy and Arnold were eating together in DMD (with a Melody poster on the wall) had them appearing the same ages as now - so, the difference in storyline years can't be much.
