There isn't, it's just a misreading of the true end I'd assume.
It is possible for them both to get NTR'd in the normal story, but the endings are M_Normal, M_NTR, Q_Normal, Q_NTR, and True Harem End.

From what dorgel has been writing on his C-dlsite. I think he's thinking about a double ntr end or at least he's writing about making some GustavXQueen content.
Hot take for an ntr game but id like more scenes with mc and the queen. They dont actually fuck till the true end and thats with melfie around.

If you just want to see the endings in the gallery just download the save i posted here:

Do make sure you are using the latest version (should say 1.226 in the game window).
Also be aware that you get some "pass" items that unlock the reccolection room scenes as you finish endings, etc.
And above of all Do not mess with variables.
Note that i did not reach the Queen Endings in a normal playtrough so i have no idea if they unlock properly in the gallery after you see them during a actual playtrough. ( it is possible that the translation messed some variable itself which in turn borked the full save from the other guy)
So any information from people who did unlock the Queen normal end and Queen NTR end ( and can actually fully play them in the gallery without a full save) is welcome.

the game alluded very much that something happened 1000 yrs ago. and the Queen was trapped, MC "died" but was reborn.
during the ending, seems like Melphi was hiding something, perhaps she is the TRUE Queen and has been hiding her power all along?
