And you can't, all interaction goes through the menu, select a character or thing(It should turn blue) and select animations through the menu in your left hand. Or you can't do anything at all?

ah i figured it out, thank you. yeah i have to select them then open the menu to do something with them

Anyone running this with Quest3? The screen updates on PC but VR completely froze.

It's simplistic, after you choose the girls and enter the scene, select a girl and choose a position from the drop-down menu, spawn a penis from the second tab and move it into place manually (no snap positions) and the animations will start.
