The cave to the north west of the surface is the first dungeon. There's a node just beyond the boss there that has the ore.

I do 0 damage to the boss tho

Then grind some levels, armor abilities and money for gear in the town. If you're in Princess mode switch to Kogal mode by talking to the king in the town.

Replaying the game, what's the requirement to prostitute melty with townsfolk?

Slut level 69 then just remove whatever clothes she has on. Talking to any male NPC will give an option for blowjob or sex. If Meltys is pregnant then the sex will become anal.

There are also 2 other ones that can be done at any S.Level which requires the Nun's Habit then go to the church and talk to the nun there, and the Nurse's Outfit which will start a quest in the clinic then the house to the south of it.

the game doesnt give a option to do that , melty is naked with 115 slut level

Alright, based on method provided by arggme

Complete Save File 100% Gallery Unlock View Recollection Replay Mode No Download Melty Defeat Endings

For those who want to unlock recollection mode open up
RecollectionMode.js in Meltys's Quest v1.2r\www\js\plugins in a text editor, and comment out lines 875 and 877.
Commenting out would be the two // you see below, you can just search for the lines below

This should unlock your gallery if you are only interested in fap. Extract into game folder replacing RecollectionMode.js. Just to be safe, make a backup of www folder beforehand. I tested on a fresh copy of the game and it worked.
