The monster egg material? get pregnant from the lizard men in the mountain (the fertility aura ability from the babydoll nighties will help in this) then go to the clinic in the first town to give birth. you get 4 per birth.
i love this game the incest scene was so awesome love the different outfits and how they give different reactions and being pregnant does as well need to find another game just like this or hope they make a direct sequel
Do you still need it?
If yes, then there's 1 final dungeon where you can get it super easily. But if you wanna get it earlier, as lorlundar said, that's the only other way as far as i know

Definitely a 9/10 game. One point missing because of orphaned plot threads dependent on route and lack of alternative options in some places. But it's close to a perfect 10 and definitely one of the best eroge I've ever played. Like, right up there with Brave Alchemist Colette, Evenicle 2, and Liz: The Tower and the Grimoire on my list of "must-plays for any eroge enthusiast."
Shame about Remtairy, though. I can't imagine how things ended up like that... I can only hope he gets better.

No one's sure.
He used to stream a lot and he always came across like a friendly and chill guy who cared a lot about video games and eroge. He's even mentioned how it was the travesty of what Chinese company "Paradise Project" was doing to games like King Exit and Dark Elf Historia that caused him to go into publication and localization of H-games.
But lately he's become reclusive and behaving strangely. He's even banned his own fans and customers from his Steam Discussion permanently for asking reasonable questions about his games.
There's three community managers Remtairy hired. One has been MIA for a long time. The other is the only one who does his job. The third doesn't actually do his job, instead just harassing Remtairy's customers. He's a self-proclaimed woman-hater and if he finds out Remtairy has a female fan or customer, he'll sexually harass her to get rid of her. He's determined to make Remtairy's fanbase a "no girls allowed" club, even at the cost of his boss's sales. That one community manager who does his job says it's okay if the guy does this.
In addition, his community is full of real-world politics. You know, the thing us gamers and pervs generally play games or consume smut to escape from. Especially that one "no girls allowed club" community manager, he's always pushing politics into Remtairy's community, and this has naturally attracted some people who aren't there for Remtairy's games. Like, there's one guy in Remtairy's fanbase who only came for the politics, outright admits he hates eroge, and wants it to be made illegal in the USA. Remtairy is perfectly fine with having someone gunning for him and his career at his side like that, and has banned people reporting how much the guy is killing the mood or asking him why he allows the guy to gun for their hobbies when they're just there for hentai and gaming. I don't think it's a "keep your enemies closer" thing either, the guy clearly wants to ruin Remtairy's career and Rem is giving him inside access to spread his agenda and gather dirt on his business.
TL;DR: Politics and censorship. Since he'll ban and block anyone who asks him what's going on and if he's okay, we don't know what's going on with him. It's clear he's going through something, but no one knows what.
BTW, love your sig! Ranma 1/2 was my first ecchi manga and I'm loving the remake.

If there's one thing I'm 100% against is censorship and blatant political propaganda (no matter what side of the political spectrum it is coming from).
I really can't stand it, especially in entertainment like we've seen happen more and more commonly these past few years.
It's just like you yourself said: we consume entertainment in the pursuit of escapism!
No matter what type it is, be it books, movies, tv shows, video games, anime, manga, cartoons, comics or any others.
No one likes to have their entertainment be censored to the point it becomes barely recognizable and/or be completely consumed by political ideologies.
I sincerely hope that whatever Remtairy is going through won't lead to their downfall.
If the problem is psychological or maybe burnout he should take a vacation and/or ask for professional help if the issue is serious, and after that he should get his shit together and fix his house because that's no way to run a business.
P.S. - Yeah, Ranma ½ along with Urusei Yatsura (both by the great Rumiko Takahashi) are among my top favorite manga/anime when it comes to comedy and ecchi genres.

Dang, didn't know Remtairy was going through something rn. Hope they get their head screwed on right again, it's a shame to lose someone of his caliber. I enjoy their work very much.

May I ask how the pregnancy content works?
Losing certain fights (there is a surrender option) will have the enemy attempt to impregnate the character and there is a chance it will succeed (there is a costume later on with an ability to guarantee this). Alternatively any sexual encounter with penetration (at a certain S. Level you can remove your costume and interact with a variety of NPCs for a sexual encounter as well as a story-based one in the post game) also has the chance. Once pregnant go to the clinic in the starter town and talk to the doctor there to give birth. The creature that impregnated the character also determines the resulting birth and is required for certain materials.
You will need to give birth as soon as possible as you are not able to be in any combat area while pregnant.

No. You get a creampie, then on the map you get told if she's pregnant, if so she has a pregnant belly, then you go to the clinic to give birth. That's it.
