Well they are transparent, because it is not normal glass like on windows which we can see through, it is a heel which is cylindrical in shape, you cannot see right through a glass shaped like a cylinder.

And since it is a cylindrical glass the image on the opposite site would look stretched out, and you can actually see a little bit of brown door through it.

Whichever choices you make you reach the bathroom stall scene anyway, the choices do not matter much since this was a introductory chapter, and yeah dev also said NTR is avoidable, and if his words were to be believed that should be proof enough that the girl sucking dick is not the wife.
