Well technically there is cheating in the game, since in the last update the MC can go visit Megan and get a blowjob from her and he hasn't told Nicole. (yet)

But it is still technically cheating since he didn't get consent from Nicole before going to Megan's, certainly not for getting a blowjob. Whereas she asked his consent every step of the way last update. I don't think it will cause huge problems if he tells her straight away however.
