Something would happen, either she is not in the stalls at all or something, but dev making the final scene a cliffhanger was certainly planned and executed exactly like he intended. NTR being avoidable and the choices in the introductory chapter having literally no impact at all are the biggest facts that it is not Nicole giving the bj in the stall, the appearance comes secondary and it is intentionally kept similar to cause havoc.
There has been no corruption, no talks of sharing or even fights between the main protagonists to even suggest nicole just making a complete change of personality from a loving wife to a nasty lady.

A cuckhold path is not the only one planned in the game. There's a lot of paths planned, and the player get's to decide how their "Life would change" in game. There's no point arguing on or explaining this anymore.

No one said they want a love story, everyone knows the tags and the premise on which the game is built and they are playing this game expecting that there would be paths where wife will definitely be shared with other men, no one is arguing that will not happen. I say , but not really a love story, i would like one of the paths to be the path of fidelity where, despite all the difficulties and temptations, the couple remained faithful to each other!

I like it when there are "many paths" in a game, after playing each one you can compare and evaluate the difference between them!
