The game is in very early stages, i'm pretty sure generic "Swinging" which implies 2 couples swapping partners in a foursome group sex would be in the picture in the future.
Im not so sure about that given what we've seen so far.... I hope you're right though....

What we've seen is nothing yet, very small updates, as far as the first release was concerned i dont even consider it important since it was basically an intro to MC thinking about a sexually charged marriage and the choices did not matter at all. The second release was wayy to short to consider anything.
I agree with you and cuckholding & swinging are completely opposite, but we have not entered any major path splits yet, the only choice which i think mattered was when MC is talking to himself about whether he wants to see nicole with other men or wants to get with other women to make the wife jealous.
The first choice i'm guessing would lead to wife sharing paths which could get further branched into a full blown cuck path & most probably a consensual sharing path which could include swinging & stuff.
While the second choice could lead to more of a romance or involving women into the relationship kinda paths.
FYI: Everything i said above is just speculation and nothing the dev has mentioned has been stated here.
What i know for sure is that this one is not a quick fap game, dev has mentioned story would take precedence here and things would happen naturally, rather than the wife getting immediately slutty in the first few updates and jumping on a BBC.
