Everything is very simple if we take cuckold fetish then that kiss was on speed dating which was initiated by the mc himself. They went as a couple and depending on the choice, one or another event happened. MC was excited by the idea that Nicole allowed herself a little too much, but he was the initiator! In my understanding, there is a path in the game where the couple will remain faithful to each other. Despite the fact that they are trying something, everything is in the hands of the player.
Then there is the NTS path in the game where either mc NTS'ing on Nicole with other womens (if i'm not mistaken it is the cockqueen path wherу she squirted), either Nicole(NTS'ing mc) sleeps with other mens and mc likes it, but there are so many aspects in the game that it's hard to reason clearly now, because mc has the option to choose whether he wanted to be with other women or for Nicole to be with other men. This choice determines the outcome of the scene when Nicole leaves the table and her interlocutor follows her, but at the same time, mc has the option to kiss his interlocutor to! And from here it follows that they both can sleep with other people, but depending on the choice of mc at the computer, he or she will react to it differently.
The game also adds NTR moments, because Nicole kisses a man and MC can also do something like that without telling Nicole about it. The speed dating hallway scene made that clear.

For me personally, the last update ended simple, i didn't make any guesses, everything was clear to me.
