This was awesome thanks for sharing.
That said I do have 2 points of criticism:
Was there a point to not writing the dialogue the male characters are clearly having? It would be one thing if they were just actual mutes and the family is just so good at interpreting body and facial cues due to living with one, but then the bathroom scene shows that an actual conversation has to have happened.
Why did losing his glasses make him mostly deaf as well? I enjoyed the scenes where shit was happening right in front of him, but that was just weird.
Also an observation but not really a criticism:
I was surprised the wife's reinvigorated sex drive didn't at least try to suggest using the viagra now. She seems like the pushy type not willing to wait a year again for sex.
