Currently, we have no news on whether they'll work on anything else for this game, or move on to another project entirely.
It should be noted that their previous game, Dancing Reaper, didn't get any content additions, just bug fixes and performance improvements. They haven't really made enough games to really establish a pattern though, so it's impossible to tell what they'll do next.

being on the 29th of September, they were working on the Android version of this game. I see the portal to access the EX special area in level 3-4 but I can't reach the platform. Any idea how to do that?
If that's the one I think it is (it should be cuz others are easy), you can use shotgun alt fire, transformation/fusion thing or do it the hard way by dashing from above (don't recommend it, but doable).
This is mrd for infinite energy, otherwise it’s difficult 4-4 boss is difficult and tenacious Ash infuriates

- Main: BM-III: 42 damage (+200% Damage) + Deviation 0.00 (-0.2).
- Sub: BMC-3: 45 Damage (+200% Damage) + Deviation 0.00 (-0.2).
- Spare W-DSH chip (+100% damage but +0.1 Deviation).
- SP-Transa Transform.
this save doesn't do anything for me when I put it in the save folder. does the game actually save the game else where?
The game save files are actually located at
[Your OS Drive Letter(Usually C)]:\Users\{Your OS Username}\AppData\LocalLow\WindofDaybreak\MetalFlame.
The C:\[filepath to game folder]\Metal Flame Ver1.01\save folder has a save but it isn't where the game saves your progress.
I've tested and found out that this save file is also a fully completed save file, aside from the one created by user Levelution.
