i think so, looking at the scenes in the DLC 4 update only the football one is there, everything else is locked, used mtool to unblock them but they do not appear to be there.

I've never used mtool, tried it now although I have no idea what I'm doing and all I got was the antivirus quarantining files

never had an issue, i downloaded it from the official site. you just drop the game .exe unto mtool and change the variables for scenes to true click on the boxes on the left to lock them, click on save lock settings. that unblocks all scenes only one scene on the new DLC worked the other say it is not found. i looked into the DLC folder and it only had one scene under the new content. DLC 1-3 was not added to DLC 4.
