windowed mode, is their a way to switch this?

Create a shortcut for the application executable and run with the parameters (or whatever traget res. you choose)

-screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-height 900 -screen-width 1600

On the subect of which - Dev - creaating a full screen app with no windowed option and no quit/close option is pretty annoying.

I already find out. It happens when i played on full screen not windowed. My resolution is 3440x1440, and i guess that is the problem
