Pretty much anything that isn't 1 on 1 'normal' sex is going to be optional. Most sex scenes start in my mind as just plain old luvin, so even the 'spicier' stuff will have a proper just two people wanting to fuck variation that is considered the baseline. More extreme things will require a conversation or two before they are even an option so there will be many ways out. I have never met anyone who surprised their wife/girlfriend with an orgy and had it go over well lol. Though I admit I would love to see someones wife's face if THAT was a surprise birthday party with no discussion beforehand. "Surprise honey, look at all our friends and family fucking each other." I'm against the idea of NTR (The wife or another significant other taken away by another man against their wishes/control), but could you really be surprised if you go the "This bitch(No Romance)" route with the wife if she cheats on you? In an early build so far you can sleep with a prostitute, fight with the wife multiple times, hide enough money from her to be sure she will likely notice, and check out your dau... college roommate and her friend in front of her. Don't really want to see the scene, but it's not unlikely your wife cheats on the MC in future updates if you go this route.
This is likely as close to NTR that route will ever get for me. There may be the possibility of things being SAID by the wife that lead you to wonder if she cheated. It's from the MC's perspective so the odds of seeing and knowing 100% if cheating happened are quite low. It would be up to each individual player to decide what they believe or care about when arguing. Also keep in mind people lie, and sometimes they say things during a fight just to hurt the other person.
