No not the patch but the game it self.
The patch is only for the original version from the dev and not the compress version.

Did you unpack it and place both files inside the main folder then inside the game folder?

You may want to go back and replay the hotel sequence, it seems like you may have missed the FIRST chance to do so with her...I love this 0.09 bcs I finally get this little redhead for myself. My weak spot is just the redheads and this is 18yo lovely redhead. I'm just melting in my chair.
