This usually happens when you have a lot people downloading at same time, just do like I do play something else download in a week or so, besides is not like dev gonna have another update ready maybe next update will be when you get married and have 17 kids and they all in college

If you read some posts about the mod is like they want the guy to leave everything he's doing and update the mod for what 5-10 minutes of gameplay then wait another year for an update, ok ok maybe not a year but 2 years....alright you got me, not 2 years but maybe when your kids graduated college..there that's better.

seems like an overall polish of the game with very little new content, maybe 2-3 months of work at most, certainly not 14 or whatever
removing this one from the watchlist, next update will probably come out on clay tablets after we win the war against ai machines

Strictly speaking in our fictional case, I agree with you, IRL, not so much, for obvious reasons.
