I have no idea what Lewdlab is doing in his personal lab. IMO he got entangled in his own web.
He concentrated on all those soft scenes that happen afterhours. Handjobs, blowjobs and all that useless filler.
Then he made all those EXTRA scenes...Somebody already said it here right :

He put to many eggs in the wrong basket...
He had all that time. He could have incorporated the Extras into the main storyline, WITHIN the game.

I know what patreon did to him on christmas was a knife in the back. But DoD was already finished years ago. He put it out successfully on steam. He should focus on finishing his second project ASAP.

Also, I don't like the direction...The MC treats his three LIs to...well..."impersonal"....detached...Like sex slaves...
And I know about the water...Still don't like it.
The corruption happens too fast.
There is no storyline to put in between for the characters to mature...

Nobody is complaining about the quality of this game, but for me, with the latest release choices and dev communication, this game went from "a top3 and cannot wait for a release, possibly support" to "whatever, when I get 2-3 releases might give it a try". Short updates, no content for the main girls, since like forever and acid answers to supporters on discord... I got a 1week ban because I dared to ask on the length in general of the releases (they did like a 14 month release, 1month and even 3 weeks - If they want people to support them, at least let them know how and what you are working on...) Whatever, see you in like 6months for, hopefully, some decent content
