As cxx says, your system may not be able to handle the game.
Only thing I can say is to update your graphics drivers.
If you don't know how then google it.

Hey everyone
I wanna thank you all for supporting the development! It's been a long, long journey and even though it's been tough at times, it's been a fun one.
We will continue to work on the game and deliver updates, and new projects are coming soon on the horizon.
We will have the sandbox update coming first and then the expansion content.
(We are doing small bugfix updates in the meantime)
And my request to you:
If you bought the game on Steam - first of all, thank you and good luck unlocking all 87 achievements.

Speaking generally, my old computer had a very poor graphics card which seemed to be unable to provide the service required. You can attempt to do software rendering (that screen you posted gives this option) - this can work, but it works slowly and only as a poor substitute. Upgrading your Graphics Drivers can help as already mentioned. Or upgrade your Graphics card - which is what I ended up doing as more and more games would not work properly.
Anyone knows about what's gonna be added ? :
Should i wait for this update and start this game ? it's my first time.

Yes a new gfx card would do but it also depends on if the computer can handle one, it could be a laptop or something not able to use a new card.
In any case what the op posted shows the video sys in what they are using is not up to handle this game/VN, so maybe updated drivers will work or maybe it wont.
