Why do people want to use the term "sleep sex?" There's no such thing. Just because you don't like to use the Real term doesn't change the act. It's rape. Say it with 10 toes down. If you have sex on a sleeping, unaware or impaired person, it's rape. The tag "sleep sex" needs to be dropped. Even if you use the tag "forced", it's still the same thing. It's amazing how people use a simple change of term to justify an act that is distasteful that they like, just to feel better about their kink.
Wrong. If you're in a sexual relationship with that person many times they will like being woken up by lovemaking. Some may specifically tell you to they want you to take them while asleep.
Also you're completely ignoring the fact that SLEEPING PEOPLE can engage in sex! It's not necessary that they're the victim... So, if someone that is asleep engages in sex with their bedmate would you 'cuff them, drag them off and trial them for rape?
Before you answer to yourself, keep in mind that people have been acquitted for murder committed while sleepwalking. Hell, even for murder committed in passion while completely awake (like one woman murdering her husband during an argument with a sharp instrument) which is especially significant since US courts have declared that murder is a worse crime than rape.
I agree, morals are good, but sometimes they make the world black and white and blind us to the fact that it's actually a spectrum of shades.
