FYI, game files (including saves) for Ren'py games are platform agnostic. Windows or Mac does not matter here.

If that's the case then why is 1.0f half a gb smaller (I checked the game files for both and it seems that the 1.0f is missing the elite.rpa in /game while its still there in the 1.0e) Is 1.0f like a basic version or something?

compression, no elite scenes (you can get those by copying elite.rpa from 1.0 to 1.0f). 1.0f is extras version.

no you don't, elite just has 1+ extra scenes which aren't canon.

f, same content on both but elite has 1 extra non-canon scene more but to finish main story you need f too.

Bro, so here is the truth and only truth you need to know about this..
Elite has all the sex scenes(because it makes sense as only elites get all the action IRL), and normal version is vanilla with no sex scenes. A censored version for Nuns who play on steam.
Trust me bro, play elite version like true chad. Don't be a celibate.
