I think that anyone arguing "you don't pay so you have no right to complain" HERE on F95 should be BANNED, because he's trolling. And trolls should be banned.

Yes, it's a pirate site, and there's no rule against complaining about things when you feel there's something to complain about.
The real issue, is when people are bloating threads with pointless complaints, repetitive questions, and the sheer laziness of too many people.
Like you Dr_Pol, I don't complain about free access to the games, but that doesn't mean I won't criticise them for things I feel that are warranted. That even extends to criticising the dev(s) of the games.
Complaining about complaints is the height of hypocritical stupidity though, and I agree with Trapezio's sentiment about banning trolls. At least, banning the ones who are clearly not doing it in good humour and are just horrible at trolling in general.

when i gave alot of moneys to alot of patreons back in the days i was complain mainly here and i gave money! F95zone is just the best platform to do it. You can even heard the two sides. In the creator platform its olny mindless fan so beter to complain here

Most likely cause Anime.The game itself is ok, not a masterpiece in story telling or anything, but why do the MCs always have to be some "I'm getting a boner every 5 seconds because I see some feet/legs/whatever or because some girls looks at me" little shits
Most writers/single developers don't have real world experience or lack the imagination, IMO.

I wouldn't generalize it like that, but it's a possibility, the question is still the same though: Why?
I don't expect you or anyone else really to have an answer, but it wasn't like that in Dreams of Desire or at least for the most part, so that's why I wonder if the writer changed. The ending of DoD was pretty rushed and felt sloppy and this game is the same.

I thought that just as it was starting to pick up, with the the whole dream sequences and the reason behind the purpose of the Book of Desires, it feels like it just ends. Maybe it was the plan all along and maybe there's a sequel coming...? I don't know. I haven't looked into it at all so

If you're a patron (not a patreon... That's the site. You provide money, you're a patron) then the best place to complain isn't here. It's clearly on Patreon.
At the same time, don't just complain. Criticise the areas that deserve criticism, and try to be constructive about it. It's the best way to get your point across and for a dev to be most likely to take on board what you're saying.
Also, complaints about things that are clearly not going change, and are even core to the identity/plot of a game only makes the complainer look silly. Children complain, adults say their piece and move on if necessary. Valid criticism, or explaining your critique with valid reasoning isn't the same as complaining.

Anyway I think MP will be end up related to DoD's end. If I am not mistaken things are happening in the same story universe and this weird asian chick gives me that vibe. Idk, maybe mayor, mob and the dude who hire MC(I forgot his name) will be end up related to Order that captured MC in DoD(if this was actual ending) and Connor with Eliana (which helped Tracy) will end up saving him. Then maybe DoD 2.
I really enjoyed with both DoD and MP, it would be awesome if they connect each other.

I mean is the writing really any worse than Dreams of Desire? I guess it is, but it's not like DoD had great writing though, I think people just think it was so great because it was better than most games here.
I'd say maybe this isn't as good because like I said before the people who make these games usually don't have much talent or skill when it comes to writing to begin with and the more you write the more ideas you burn through and they just simply do not have as many left. And since these are porn games when people run out of ideas they tend to revert to lots of the similarities you see in these types of games because they're just trying to make content for people to jerk off too, which at the end of the day is what these games are for.

There's only one excuse that justifies the current lack of content/story in this game, and that's if this is planned to be way, WAY longer than the other games.
I mean honestly, it's at 0.6 right now, and there has been close to nothing of the ACTUAL plot.
Also, the fact that a character such as the aunt is only introduced now, makes me more confident in what I said above.
I just don't know at this point. At the very least let's give kudos to Lewdlab for not abandoning the game and not giving up on it.

Is this becoming an issue as of late? Up and coming content creators are spewing out updates to grow their basis while the larger ones take their time cause they know people will still be there for them? It seems there's been a lot more talk about this topic recently.
Look at it this way. You've never made a purchase from a specific company but, you wanna know what they're about and the quality of their service(s)/product(s). It goes the same way. I wouldn't buy from a company that has shitty customer service and provides knock-off quality products. Just sayin'.

I just want to say that reading this thread really makes me hope I can be a good and responsive dev down the road as I can see some are poor and others are better. I personally think anyone always has the right to complain about something relevant, but I might give more credence and weight to someone more personally impacted by it. (highly dependent on the objectivity, quality, and thought behind such complaint/issues)
