from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.

For the older sister and mom there is side content but it only unlocks once you have progressed the main story far enough. For aunt and teacher there are additional renders in the game already but it seems the coding on those is not complete in the beta.

I finished all the content for this update and yet nothing for mom nor older sister. Again I am not trying to argue all I can speak about is what I am currently able to play and what the "walkthrough" says

Bringing up Patreon numbers like it's Kickstarter and giving your opinion on how the money should be spent is pointless. Have people forgotten what Patreon is? It is basically a donation/tip jar site, where fans support the creator, not Kickstarter where you expect all your investment to go directly into said project. On Patreon, If the creator wants to use the fan donations towards the project that is their choice but it isn't an obligation.

I'd like to give the benefit of doubt that people who support creators on Patreon know what they are getting into. You don't choose to tip a waitress/waiter then tell them how to spend their tips to be a more efficient waitress/waiter.

I always find this kind of messages either disingenuous or simply stupid.

Look, guys. Some people provide free content for everyone (be it a youtuber, an independent journalist or an amateur game developer) and then ask for financial support to help them keep providing such content. You can contribute if you so want, but you don't get access to his creations only if you donate. Everyone can enjoy them.

Then, there are devs like Lewdlab and many others who only give official access to their content if you become a patron supporter. That is, you can only enjoy their games if you PAY, thus making them professional developers.
I don't give a fuck what patron is supposed to be, I'd rather bear in mind what it's used for in the real world. And, in Lewdlab's case, it's the platform allowing him to exchange his products for a price. It's a platform to do business.

Lewdlab was already making almost $24,000 a month when he made his numbers secret in February 2018. He had 1,900 patrons back then:

The most stupid sentence of those messages was probably this one:

Notice how he even contradicted himself, stating in Goal 2 that he would leave his day job if he ever reached it, but then in Goal 4 he apologized for not providing much content because of his real job (?).

I've said this many times in the Milfy City thread and I'll repeat it here. In my opinion, people like you are nothing but enablers. Your attitude discourages actual hard-working devs, incentivizes trickery and, in general terms, harms this industry enormously.

And now I'll go to the actual game. This game is nothing but an extremely beautiful and sexy facade.
I'm a staunch supporter of Phillygames's games and BaDIK, but Lewdlab arguably provides the sexiest renders of all H-games devs (and I will deny I've said this, so don't quote me or I'll break through the screen and rip your balls off ). I said renders, not animations; on that front the other two devs are in a league of their own.

But anyway, that's all there is to this game. Ridiculously sexy models, a bunch of very nice renders.
Period/full stop.
No meaningful story, no character development, no logical gameplay (I mean, why freeroam when we are actually pushed from one hint to another?). Not even some musical variety. C'mon man! You are making big K's!

Besides, someone mentioned this earlier. Either you are DrPinkCake or a game with so many female characters is bound to end up being either a mess, or abandoned (or both).

DoD was an amazing serendipity. He was in the right place, at the right time, with the right mindset.
Although it was just a light-hearted , incestVN with mystery undertones, it was quite refreshing and showed involvement and work behind it. The novelty also made us appreciate it even more.
By contrast, Midnight Paradise is just a mass-produced, commonplace incest game without any passion at all.

Dude, First check out the quality of the product delivered by ICstor and Lewdlab, okay. You talk as if they should deliver great product every month like a machine. I get it with Lewdlab and ICstor, both are past their great projects and don't know the direction they are drifting in.

But that doesn't mean you can call them a scammer because they missed out a few dates. Sometimes it takes a toll, they may have even hit a writer's block. But calling them a "scammer" is outright stupidity on your part. I can't speak for the other names, haven't tried their games. But with Lewdlab and ICStor, it always top class product. I don't give a shit if I am of a rare few who like Midnight Paradise. Still glad to be playing a Lewdlab game other than DOD.
