The story can be continued in DoD. If I remember correctly there's a scene after the credits where MC's father is in some kind of a cell. Lewdlab can explore that or come up something different.

The reason is already there. You probably missed/skipped some important dialogs between characters and thoughts that they have. Joyce says she didn't have sex for 6 months or so. Not surprising she lusts after a big cock which MC happens to have. As for Isabel, she had been treated badly lately. Can speak only for those two.
