I think there is no new scene with ruby in this version.
As far as I can tell, the patch is created by the dev, so unless there a sizable change to the code, the dev should be able to make the patch something really simply to change the text, so it should work with 0.9(i have not tried yet). The page with the patch states it works with 0.8 and up.

I swear this dev knows how to blue ball everyone. All the scenes are either a hand job or blow job. So far no sex with any of the main girls in the game.

Software versioning is not decimal. So you have versions like 0.11 or 1.14... In fact, 1.0 doesn't mean that something got finished. In ideal scenario, it means milestone release... eg Firefox 2.0 or Firefox 3.0, but in many cases it's an arbitrary decision. Some of games here use mark 1.0 as finished product, but like I said it's arbitrary decision...

It misses New scènes with the teache otherwise nice udapte even if there is not a lot of sex scenes

here is my unofficial android port of Midnight Paradise Elite-0.10.0_ALPHA.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

I don't get the Ruby problem, she had plenty of scenes in the previous update while Isabella had none, and she got only one scene in this as well.
