The only satisfying scene in a while for me was Joyce's titjob. The other scenes have much less progression, some even regressed or repeat what we've already seen, like buttjob, handjob, fingering... And I think, that the extra patreon scenes are also kinda detracting from that, same with the night scenes. They are somewhat further than the actual story and we get the literal climax in them. So when we see the story scenes with the same stuff we'll have already seen, we have (at leas I already do) a feeling "yeah, I've already seen that", not the satisfaction, that we finally get to have some progress.
