It's hard to believe the dev is the same as DOD. It's like a giant blueball fest with great renders and lead up but that's as far as it goes. Even the booty calls are just teases with the only sex being with the weird maid.....Hopefully when the game comes back there is some actual action.

To be honest somehow this game feels a bit like something went wrong with balance progress story and chars, where maybe too much progress and attention was on chars. Since the parts of the story that should make it make sense they really went/progressed further in their relations in devs mind never happened, so in a way all those relations stall early in though, leaving the game in a sort of weird limbo with blue balling while insane much happens in the lower hanging fruit area but not moving forward any, so in the end actually nothing happens with the main chars.

Well we do know this dev can do even better, he did proof that in past, though DOD was less sandbox and that could be a possible hint for dev where he might need to tighten things up a bit to move things forward with chars and story or if this game may need some rework or rethink of dev as well if some things can not happen and be explained by story later so balance gets better as well, if/when he returns to this after rework of DOD.

Damn ... that mean no MP till December. As far as I remember, this game is a 3 monthly update type. After October Dev promised finish retouch DoD, then go back to MP. Life suck ... stop when things about to get dicey.

Well not quite, since he really did push monthly updates out during the whole 2020 for this game. So he is very well capable of pushing out the update in four weeks if he wants to. So if people are lucky, the next update is in November. But that again is a big if.

We've all seen his monthly update are suck as hell. Only 1 or 2 short nudity scene and couple plot points advance. When he does 3 months update, it's better. It's the dev perfect pace.

Nobody is forcing you to play the monthly updates you can wait if you want 3, 6 or 12 months berfore playng again but leave us who prefer monthly updates to enjoy the content no matter if they are 100 or 200 renders...

No idea how the dev ever wants to solve that in his game unless he wants to make those pills ten times stronger or make MC force them, there is no logical path for those girls to progress as they are developed with MC besides they are horny and MC is last man on Earth.

You know whats sad? I wanted to tell you that well, thats exactly what pornlogic is. It doesn't have to make much sense or logic to work but then i realized that there is no porn here really.

Yup, pornlogic works great in a pornclip or a fuck all around game with fast early action. When you break the rules of pornlogic to make relations go slow or want to make a really more or less realistic world and story the focus of your game, introduce strong incest taboos that have to withstand involvement of your deus ex machina (pills in this case) for a long time and also use a stairway to heaven to show how hard your experienced girls are to really get into your MC and how much resistance they have, well then pornlogic starts to fall flat on its face to really not stretch believability to its max. Here that is exactly why those earlier mechanics were introduced in this game and MC made no real progress in their relations to then make it believable they would lessen their resistance due to unrequited love or whatever more weird reason.

So many devs that write themselves in that same corner, in the name of so-called believable slow progress (and I also do like some interesting setup first most of time). If make an incest game and you introduce a strong incest taboo in people you also need to introduce a reason early on why they will break it believably from start since that is end goal of game after all in that genre. MC has to have an advantage in their mind over any other possible suitor if want to go realistic or else why would they end up with him while they have that taboo. Else just forget about them having the taboo at all or gloss over it and let them fuck for whatever reason in second update and go with pornlogic all the way.

That Mom in Caroline City(should give most that played the game an idea which game I mean without promoting it here or naming it in another games thread) was a great example of one without the taboo as such and her own reasons why she did not jump MC episode 1, but also not that hard for MC to get involved with with some loving interactions and him showing her fears were unfounded and considering her fetish quite believable she preferred him over any other male. Porn logic, most likely but it worked within setting.

Hey everyone

Just wanted to post something so you can see I'm here and share what I'm working on.

Last week I started working on the trailer and that's still what I'm doing. It's an unusual task because I've never made a long a video. Putting a scene together in the game is quite different, because when you're putting up a trailer, you have to condense as much good stuff into a single minute as possible while also making it appealing and of course cool looking.

This, as many other tasks can be approached in different ways. Either just record some gameplay footage and call it a day, spend dev time elsewhere, or fully commit and try to make it as awesome as possible.

I think you can guess which approach I'm taking. It's a unique challenge and I'm trying to nail this. I've had tons of ideas that I've scrapped already, but looks like it's coming to a conclusion. I wanna be done with it this week and move on to other things on the list.

I hope I can show it to you soon.

Otherwise, not much is happening outside of work. I went to the gym 3 times last week, I'm satisfied with that. It helps a lot with my mood. Maybe I'll become Dr Chad in the future? Probably not, but it's all good

That's all from me for now. It's a short post, but it's probably best if I don't write a wall of text every time. I'll let you guys know how things are going.
