Imo, the worst implementations are those fake text conversations where you have to click a pre chosen response, especially when there's only one choice and renpy can't skip through it.

Unless he does a straight up copy paste from ICSTOR and Milfy City, where only the girls send messages to the main character, and main character doesn't ever answer to any of them.

So, Sin finally started to finish the update. The only thing that interests me is how much content is in the game. Let's say that update is out at the end of January. The release date was the end of Novembar. Update content-wise was already finished then. He had 2 months while sitting and waiting for a coder to add more spicy stuff that we need. When an update is out, and if there is a generic amount of stuff, let's say sex scene with Ruby,blowjob from Joice, and one more random girl, then i will finally accept what ppl saying about Sin is true, that he had dropped the ball and joined the dark side with devs like Incstor,Gundrop,Aorta and the rest. I literally praying that is not the case, but when he typed I'll do more regular progress updates until then, it just reminded me of all the times in the last 2 years when he promised that he will do regular updates, only to disappear for 3/4 weeks.
Sorry for a long post, just wanted to get this off my chest.I am really tired to every day clicking on this tread, and seeing only a sea of negativity, wasted potential and broken promises.

0.15 is still supposed to be the regular sized, around 400 renders, update. So no, he hasn't done anything additional while "he was waiting for the coder". By his own words, his now working on the content for 0.16 update.

This guy is a lazy piece of crap. Even without the coders, he could have storyboarded the whole update and even into the next update, and completed all the renders. Then he would just need a coder to put it all into the game after that. I can bet money he didn't do a single bit of that. He probably waited for the coder before doing ANY work at all.

I used to look at this thread daily. I agree with you, I started to look the thread two weeks in a row now. Amount of negativity got me too.
But, that one got me especially. I love Dr.Sin work he is my top three terms of quality job/render wise, but he got 2 months, maybe more, and the amount of tech power he got, he should have made/completed 3-4 updates worth work by now.

I'm actually glad this update is Ruby focused.
It's better to rush her content than Isabel's I guess , she deserves to be more fleshed out as she's the most interesting main girl.

And about backups, the author of the game knows nothing???? And nowhere is there a copy of the version of the game ??? What nonsense!
As I understand it, excuses, such as - I got sick, my cat, parrot, hedgehog died, the aunt of my friend's brother's wife's grandmother is sick, this can no longer be an excuse for his idleness
I think the explanation is much simpler:
Such game developers, in the beginning they make a little quality content, they get a lot of Patrons from the Patrion site and these full donors just suck money.
Why periodically, once a month, for example, there are very stupid messages from the authors of such games? I think this is simply due to using an account on the Patrion website --- you won’t appear on the site for a long time - and your account will be blocked as not working or the receipt of money from Patrons will be blocked.
I'm just sure that in three or four weeks, we will all see another crap from the author of the game together. The funniest thing, no matter what he writes - the main thing is that his account on Patrion is considered active))

Hey everyone

So a quick update about what happened in the last 1 week.

Thanks to my last post, many talented coders applied to be on the MP development team and we finally concluded the process. Now we have enough manpower to handle the updates and even upgrade the game on certain aspects.

There are a lot of things I wanted to add or modify to be better in the game, but there was never enough capacity for it. Now it seems like we'll have great results and Midnight Paradise will look and feel a lot more like I imagined it.

For example, I was amazed by the new phone system I received from one of our new coders. I'm not going to add it into the upcoming update, because we will do more tweaks and testing with it, and I also wanna make a decent chunk of content for it before we add it, but I'm sure it will make it into the 0.16 update. I'll show more of that later as we get closer to that of course. I'm really happy with this positive turn of events and now that we are assembled, we'll put things in motion and work on releasing 0.15 as soon as possible.

I'll do more regular progress updates until then.
