I think the scene was a little harsh and would rather it was toned down some or not included. But let's have a quick reminder of the genre. We're playing someone who commits serial sexual assault on the sleeping females of his immediate family. Including an aunt who lives on the other side of town.

Maybe you don't like Isa, but the MC's infatuated with her, and most of us like both her and Joyce or all of them. Others like Ruby or Eliana, so there are popular LIs other than the MILF goddess.
Technically it is, since the other episodes barely have 200 renders, only 3 of them have 300+.
